I got this amazing watercolor set called “Schmincke Super Granulation”. It came in a wooden box with 40 colors split into 8 sets. The sets are named by sceneries: Shire, Glacier, Tundra, Forest, Desert, Deep Sea, Galaxy, Volcano, which inspired me to try them out while creating my own version of these 8 scenes. An interesting touch I did was to swap the color sets randomly to create this painting.
As I’m passionate about painting characters, I created this adventurer and have her bring us along her journey.
